NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Decisiv Inc. said here that national dealership chain Rush Truck Centers will integrate its RushCare communication management system with Decisiv’s platform, providing information from more than 110 service locations across the country.

Rush Truck Leasing locations will begin providing information to the same application later this year, the companies said at a press conference at the Technology & Maintenance Council’s 2015 annual meeting.

“We want to improve the service experience for all our customers by streamlining the communication process during service events,” said Brian Mulshine, Rush’s director of operations technology and innovation. “By working with Decisiv, we can integrate our information with their platform and greatly enhance the value we provide to our mutual customers.”

“Working with Rush is another major milestone in our North American commercial asset service strategy,” Decisiv CEO Dick Hyatt said. “Collaborations like this enable our fleet customers to track, manage and measure service events for all their asset brands across the U.S.”
