RSI Logistics Acquires Freight Resources Network

RSI Logistics Inc. said it has acquired transportation software company Freight Resources Network. Terms were not disclosed.

FRN produces the freight rail software USRail.desktop that provides routing options, operating cost information and rate benchmarking information.

FRN’s staff will continue to work from their office near Philadelphia, according to RSI Logistics.
