Profits Dip at Component Makers Accuride, CVG

Two truck component makers reported lower second quarter profits late last month.

Accuride Corp. said its second-quarter profit was $1.3 million, down from $6.5 million a year earlier.

Commercial Vehicle Group Inc. said its net loss was $2.2 million, or 8 cents a share, compared with a profit of $700,000, or 2 cents a share, a year earlier.
