ess than truckload carrier Pitt Ohio Express and The CEI Group, an accident and risk-management firm, have partnered to launch TruckGuardian Group, a joint venture truck services company.

TruckGuardian Group will offer web-based and in-person risk and safety management services as well as collision and claim management services, Pitt Ohio said Friday in a statement.

Pitt Ohio Express is ranked No. 86 on the Transport Topics 100 list of U.S. and Canadian for-hire carriers.
