Perdue Partners said it has acquired Atlanta-based logistics company Benton Express Inc. Terms were not disclosed.
Benton has annual revenues of more than $50 million and has 20 terminals and 300 trucks servicing the Southeast, Perdue said.
Perdue Partners, Atlanta, is a global trading company that helps U.S. companies market and move goods in the international marketplace.
“Our investment in Benton is a direct result of our belief that the Southeastern U.S. is strategically well positions to participate in the rising consumerism around the world,” said Perdue Partners co-founder David Perdue.
