Penske Logistics Upgrades Data Center

Penske Logistics said Tuesday it has completed a multimillion-dollar upgrade to its data center that serves all of its supply chain customers.

The upgraded data center was housed at a Penske facility in Beachwood, Ohio, and was moved a few miles off-site, the company said.

“This new facility is staffed 24 hours a day by data center experts and provides state-of-the-art redundancy, security, cooling and power for our technology solutions,” Tom McKenna, senior vice president of logistics engineering and technology for Penske Logistics, said in a release.

The new data center also includes enhanced disaster recovery tools and additional space for expansion, Penske said.
