Penske Logistics, ABX Announce Global Supply Chain Joint Venture

enske Logistics has launched a joint venture with Belgium’s ABX Logistics, under which the company will integrate its proprietary information technology systems with ABX’s global network, Penske said Monday.

The companies will initially focus on providing their combined services to existing customers, Penske said in a statement.

Penske Logistics is a subsidiary of Penske Truck Leasing Co., which is ranked No. 7 on the Transport Topics 100 list of the largest for-hire carriers in the United States and Canada.
