Penske Completes Bright Truck Acquisition

Penske Truck Leasing Co. said that it has completed the acquisition of Bright Truck Leasing & Bright Distribution, a truck leasing, maintenance, rental and logistics company.

The acquisition adds 3,400 tractors, trucks and trailers to Penske's fleet, the company said in a statement Monday. Penske is currently integrating Bright’s assets and employees into its network.

Penske did not disclose the terms of the acquisition.
