Penske Acquires Virginia Firm

READING, Pa. — Penske Truck Leasing acquired the truck rental and leasing assets of Rent-A-Car Co., Richmond, Va.

The purchase includes about 500 tractors, trailers and trucks based in Richmond, Harrisonburg, Lynchburg and Warrenton, Va.

Wayne Angelbeck, vice president of business development at Penske, said the purchase allows Penske to expand its service in the Virginia market.
