Oshkosh Truck Buys Iowa Company

pecialty truck maker Oshkosh Truck Corp. said late Friday it signed an agreement to buy Iowa Mold Tooling Co. for $131 million.

IMT sells truck-mounted cranes and field service vehicles used in mechanical repairs at construction sites, Oshkosh said.

The purchased company has 375 employees and is owned by Bethesda, Md.-based American Capital Strategies. The purchase is expected to close in September, Oshkosh said.
