Omnitracs succeeded in defining and leading the future of the industry 30 years ago when the company pioneered the fleet management software market,” Omnitracs CEO Ray Greer said in a news release. “The addition of such well-qualified leaders as Kent Norton and Greg Nelson to the Omnitracs executive team is further evidence that we remain committed to leading the way forward for the industry and creating new opportunities for the continued success of our customers in the first, middle and last-mile segments — and any new industry segments we may look to explore.”

Meanwhile, Omnitracs announced it has launched a unified, software-as-a-service platform. Omnitracs One can be adopted by any fleet from the first mile to the last, according to the Dallas-based company.
