he University of Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Langston University will form a consortium to conduct transportation-related research in Oklahoma, the Tulsa World newspaper reported Thursday.

The universities will conduct their research at the Oklahoma Transportation Center, which is expected to be designated a university transportation research center by Congress and receive access to federal funds to conduct its studies, the World said.
