OH Logistics Announces Acquisitions, Expands Services

zburn-Hessey Logistics said it has acquired Barthco International, Freightek Inc. and Turbo Logistics.

The acquisition of the three firms allows the Brentwood, Tenn., logistics company to expand its offerings to include customs brokerage, freight forwarding and transportation and technology services, OH Logistics said in a statement.

OH Logistics is ranked No. 31 on the Transport Topics Logistics 50 listing of the largest U.S. and Canadian logistics companies.
