Navistar’s CFO Stepping Down

Truck and engine maker Navistar International Corp. said Chief Financial Officer Andrew Cederoth will leave the company by the end of June.

Treasurer James Moran will replace Cederoth on an interim basis until CEO Troy Clarke and the Lisle, Ill., manufacturer’s board of directors can pick a permanent replacement from outside the company.

Cederoth, 48, has been Navistar’s CFO since September 2009 and has spent a total of 23 years with the maker of International Trucks and MaxxForce engines, the company said in a statement. Former Chairman and CEO Daniel Ustian elevated Cederoth to the CFO post.
