Navistar Financial Corp. was not able to file the report for the period ended Oct. 31, 2006, by Monday’s deadline, the company said in a federal filing, Bloomberg reported.Navistar made a similar filing on Jan. 17 about its own annual report to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.Separately, the company is scheduled to have a hearing at the New York Stock Exchange Tuesday. The NYSE has continued to trade Navistar’s stock while it probes the company’s accounting issues. (
