ruck maker Navistar International Corp. said it still cannot file its fiscal first-quarter earnings report because it is still resolving accounting issues for last fiscal year, Bloomberg reported.

In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the company said it has several remaining unresolved accounting issues for its fiscal year ended Oct. 31.

As a result it would not be able to file its 10-Q report for the November-January quarter on time, Bloomberg said.

Navistar said in January it would miss the deadline to provide an annual report to the SEC.
