Logistics Firm Buys Texas Truckload Carrier

he Furia Organization, which owns a third-party logistics firm, said late Monday it had signed a letter of intent to buy truckload carrier Little Trucking.

Terms were not disclosed. The acquisition will add 12 trucks to the Furia-owned Loadsource Logistics fleet, the company said in a statement.

Little Trucking is based in Greenville, Texas.



Furia said first-year revenue would be about $9.5 million, bringing total revenue to about $28.5 million and increasing its fleet to about 54 tractors in two years.

Also included in the deal are office space for operations, a mechanics shop and existing contracts, the company said.
