Livingston International Acquires Hipage Co.

Livingston International has expanded its customs brokerage and freight forwarding operations by purchasing Hipage Co., which is based in Norfolk, Va.

President Peter Luit said the deal improves the company’s access to ports in the southeastern United States and gives Livingston added expertise in the administration of foreign trade zones.
