Kriska Transportation Acquires Champion Express
The Kriska Transportation Group has acquired Champion Express Ltd., according to a Kriska news release.
Terms were not disclosed.
Champion Express, based in Milton, Ontario, is a technology-driven freight brokerage that was founded in 1991. Champion manages services with a proprietary software suite that tracks and books orders, generates rate quotes and calculates 3D less-than-truckload footage requirements.
Kriska is a privately held company based in Prescott, Ontario. Kriska’s truckload fleet consists of 400 power units and more than 1,250 trailers. — Transport Topics
