CEI’s management team will not be disrupted by the transaction, according to the statement.
CEI, based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, has been in operation for more than 40 years. It offers equipment in either straight bulk or combination bag and bulk designs ranging from 2-ton bodies to 30-ton semi-trailers.
