Hub Group's Mark Yeager Steps Down as President, COO

Mark Yeager has resigned as president and chief operating officer of Hub Group and will be replaced on an interim basis by his brother, David Yeager. 

"Mark worked at Hub for 23 years with steadily increasing responsibility," David Yeager said. "On behalf of Hub Group, I would like to thank Mark for his valuable contributions to Hub Group's success and wish him the best in his future endeavors."

Mark Yeager will remain a member of Hub's board of directors. He has been president since 2005 and COO since 2004.

David Yeager. who has been with the company since 1975, is Hub's chairman and CEO. He will fill the interim role while the company searches for a replacement.
