Hino Trucks announced the expansion of its Certified Ultimate dealer network with the addition of eight dealers, giving it 25 such dealerships operating nationwide.
The buildout of this dealer network requires significant investments by both Hino and the dealers. Also required, in addition to hardware and tooling, is training, superior customer service and ongoing improvements in processes and dealership appearance, according to the Novi, Mich.-based company, which is a unit of Toyota Group.
“It takes commitment, investment and embracing continuous improvement to become Certified Ultimate,” Mark Dysarz, senior manager of dealer development at Hino Trucks, said in a release.
Hino has 240 dealerships for its lineup of Classes 4-8 trucks. — Transport Topics
