Heil Environmental Sells Truck Equipment Business

eil Environmental has sold its truck equipment business to Truck Bodies and Equipment International, a portfolio company of Kirtland Capital Partners, the company said Wednesday in a release.

The sale includes Heil’s 204,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Tishomingo, the Heil South sales and service facility outside of Atlanta, which will be renamed TBEI Atlanta, and the use of certain intellectual property.

The deal will allow Heil to focus on its core refuse vehicle business.
