Hadley Selects Bronz as CEO

Truck component supplier Hadley has selected Thomas Bronz as CEO after the retirement of Robert Dubsky.

Bronz, who will begin his new role June 1, most recently was president of Tramec Sloan, also a trucking component supplier. His 25-year career in manufacturing includes tenures at global suppliers Brunswick and Haldex.

“Tom brings with him extensive experience in general management, strategic planning, product planning, and business development,” said John Humphrey, chairman and a principal of Humphrey Cos., parent company of Hadley. “He has shown that he has the strategic vision needed to ensure Hadley’s success in the commercial vehicle products marketplace.”

Dubsky will remain active with Hadley in a president emeritus role and support the company’s customer relationships on the West Coast, in Europe and in the aftermarket distribution channel.

Dubsky started at Hadley in 1994 as vice president of sales and marketing.

At that time, Hadley manufactured air horns, mini compressors and mechanical leveling valves for air suspensions on Class 8 vehicles. Under Dubsky’s leadership, the company’s annual revenue grew sevenfold as it expanded its product lines to include mirror systems, electronic height control systems and interior systems for transit vehicles.
