Gasoline Prices Continue Climb, Lundberg Reports

he average national price of self-serve regular gasoline rose 4 cents to $2.95 a gallon in the two weeks ended Friday, according to the latest Lundberg Survey of filling stations released Sunday.

Mid-grade and premium also rose 4 cents each, to $3.04 and $3.14 per gallon, respectively, analyst Trilby Lundberg said in her twice-monthly report.

The lowest average price in the country for regular unleaded was in Cheyenne, Wyo., at $2.61 a gallon; the highest was in San Diego, at $3.41.
