The food industry has implemented security procedures to protect truck cargoes against contamination by terrorists, according to industry spokesmen.Companies such as Heinz and ConAgra are securing their shipments to and from processing plants, said a spokesman for the Grocery Manufacturers of America, Washington, D.C."Obviously, how they are doing it is proprietary because if it were known it would expose the companies to the risks they are trying to avoid. . . .
