FMCSA Shuts Down Tennessee Carrier

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration said it ordered Lebanon, Tenn.-based trucking company Three Angels Farms shut down for safety violations.

FMCSA said a review of the carrier’s operations found multiple violations in hours-of-service compliance, driver qualification requirements, drug and alcohol testing and vehicle maintenance.

Dorian Ayache, Three Angels Farms’ president, said last week he had no comment about the closure or what the company’s plans were going forward.
