FedEx Orders 100 New Step-In Vans

FedEx Express said it has purchased 100 Reach model walk-in vans with composite materials made by Isuzu Commercial Truck of America and bodybuilder Utilimaster Corp.

FedEx Express, the express parcel and air freight unit of FedEx Corp., said it has been testing five pilot vehicles since Reach was introduced in March.

FedEx Corp. is ranked No. 2 on the Transport Topics 100 listing of U.S. and Canadian for-hire carriers.
