FedEx Kinko’s CEO Resigns; Will Be Replaced by Unit’s COO

FedEx Corp. said Friday that Ken May has resigned as chief executive officer of its FedEx Kinko’s unit, effective March 31.

Brian Philips, FedEx Kinko’s chief operating officer, who will become the acting CEO, the company said in a statement.

May, who was with FedEx for 25 years, assumed leadership of Dallas-based Kinko’s division in January 2006.

FedEx bought Kinko’s for $2.4 billion in 2004.



FedEx Corp. is ranked No. 2 on the Transport Topics 100 listing of U.S. and Canadian for-hire carriers.
