Eaton Completes Industrial Filtration Purchase

ehicle parts maker Eaton Corp. said it had completed purchase of Hayward Industries’ industrial filtration business.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Eaton had first announced the acquisition in July. (Click here for previous coverage.)

Hayward's industrial filtration business had sales of about $100 million over the past 12 months, and employs 530 people worldwide. It produces filtration systems for industrial and commercial customers and also makes high-purity bag filtration systems.

Hayward’s primary markets include general industrial, petro-chemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, power utilities, marine and water industries.
