Digital Photo Wins 1st Place in TCA Contest

A picture taken by Larry and Tinker Raasch, owner-operators with Bare Rabbit Ranch Trucking in Champion, Neb., was selected as the grand prize winner of the Truckload Carriers Association’s fourth annual photo contest.

It was the first time a photo taken with a digital camera and electronically manipulated — the background was added separately — had won the contest.

The contest, sponsored by Dallas-based S-Line Inc., recognizes truck drivers who also are talented amateur photographers.
