HL Worldwide Express will invest $24 million in China to build the headquarters for its operations there, Bloomberg reported Monday.

The additional funds, to be spent in Beijing, will raise to $900 million DHL’s investment in China, Hong Kong and Macau, DHL said.

DHL, owned by Germany’s Deutsche Post, provides international air and ocean freight forwarding services, warehousing and distribution and supply chain management in China through DHL-Sinotrans, a joint venture with Hong Kong-based Sinotrans, Bloomberg reported.

DHL Americas is ranked No. 4 on the Transport Topics 100 listing of U.S. and Canadian for-hire carriers.
