Delphi, UAW Reach Tentative Pact

Auto parts maker Delphi Corp. said Friday it had reached a tentative agreement with the United Auto Workers union covering work plans, transitions and other issues.

The company, which has declared bankruptcy, has been in protracted negotiations with the UAW in an attempt to exit bankruptcy.

Delphi did not release details on the plan.
