ankrupt auto parts supplier Delphi Corp. is considering closing a plant in Warren, Ohio, Bloomberg reported Thursday, citing a union lawyer.

Tom Kennedy, a lawyer for Communications Workers of America, told Bloomberg that Delphi lawyers singled out the Warren plant during recent court discussions.

While most of the workers at the plant have accepted buyout offers from Delphi, Kennedy said the company and the union remain in talks regarding contracts for replacement workers.

Delphi has been in bankruptcy since October 2005.
