Dana Expands Warranty Plans for Linehaul Applications
Truck component maker Dana Holding Corp. said it has broadened its extended warranty plans for drive axles used in on-highway linehaul applications in the United States and Canada.
The manufacturer said it now offers optional warranty coverage beyond the standard five years and 750,000 miles on certain linehaul axles, including the Spicer AdvanTEK 40, Spicer EconoTrek and Spicer Pro-40 tandem axles.
For an additional fee, customers can extend their warranties to six years and 850,000 miles or seven years and 1 million miles, the company said.
