DaimlerChrysler will delay its full second-quarter earnings report by a month this summer due to the company’s pending sale of its Chrysler unit, Bloomberg reported Monday.

The Germany-based company will delay its full earnings statement to Aug. 29 from July 25, but will release key results on the earlier date, Bloomberg said, citing the company.

Daimler is the parent company of U.S. truck maker Freightliner LLC, which includes U.S. truck making companies Freightliner, Sterling and Western Star.
