Covenant Lays Off 150 Employees
ruckload carrier Covenant Transport on Friday laid off 150 employees.
Kim Perry, who handles investor relations for Covenant, told Transport Topics that the job cuts affected employees at both the company’s Chattanooga headquarters and its terminals around the country. Covenant Transport is ranked No. 37 on the Transport Topics 100 list of the largest for-hire carriers in the United States and Canada.
