Commercial Vehicle Group CEO Dunn to Retire This Year

Component supplier Commercial Vehicle Group said Friday that CEO Mervin Dunn will retire this year but will remain in the post until a successor is appointed.

Dunn began as president of Trim Systems in 1999, overseeing dozens of acquisitions, the company’s evolution to CVG and its initial public offering, the company said.

CVG said the board has begun a search for a new CEO, which will include internal candidates.

“I am proud to have led the development of CVG into a leading global supplier with an international presence,” Dunn said in a statement.

CVG supplies cab-related products for the heavy-duty truck market.
