Cobra Electronics Unveils Latest Nav Gear, CB Radio

The company said that its Cobra 8000 Pro HD system features a 7-inch high-definition screen with live and predictive traffic, lane assist, a mileage log and free lifetime map updates. The system also offers lifetime access to a speed and red-light camera database.

Cobra, Chicago, also is offering a new CB radio, the Cobra 29 LX, which has Bluetooth, allowing truckers to connect the radio wirelessly to their mobile phone. Drivers can make and receive calls without touching their phone.
