C.H. Robinson Increases Quarterly Dividend

Logistics services provider C.H. Robinson Worldwide Inc. announced its board of directors increased its regular quarterly cash dividend to 51 cents per share from 50 cents per share, payable Dec. 31 to shareholders of record on Dec. 16.

C.H. Robinson has distributed regular dividends for more than 25 years. As of Dec. 5, there were approximately 135,002,925 shares outstanding, according to the Minneapolis-based company.

In its most recent earnings period, C.H. Robinson reported third-quarter net income and revenue fell to worse-than-expected levels amid excess shipping capacity and slowing demand.
