CEVA Retains Ford Contract

CEVA Logistics said it won renewal of a contract to provide inbound logistics services for a Ford Motor Co. plant in Claycomo, Mo.

Under the contract, CEVA will provide sequencing, bulk replenishment, kitting and container management for the Claycomo plant’s truck and sport utility vehicle assembly lines.

CEVA, based in the United Kingdom, was formerly TNT Logistics, the logistics arm of Holland’s TNT. The company changed its name when private equity firm Apollo Management acquired it in 2006.
