Carrier Volumes Rise, Pricing Remain Strong

reight volumes rose slightly over the past two weeks, an analyst from Wachovia Capital Markets told the Associated Press Friday.

Amidst the increase in volumes, retailers and publishers said they were having an easier time finding capacity, analyst Justin Yagerman told AP.

Pricing in both the truckload and less-than-truckload segments remains strong, AP reported, quoting Yagerman.
