At the annual conference of the National Small Shipments Traffic Conference, a shippers’ trade group, corporate officers of some of the nation’s largest carriers were supposed to talk about important trends in transportation and commerce in the preferred Nasstrac style of useful information imparted in a manner that minimizes self-aggrandizement.
