Cardinal Logistics Sold to Centerbridge

Third-party logistics company, Cardinal Logistics Management Inc., has been sold to New York private equity firm Centerbridge Partners LP.

No terms were disclosed. The acquisition leaves the logistics company with no debt, according to Centerbridge.
