Cameron Ramsdell to Lead Newly Formed U.S. Xpress Ventures

U.S. Xpress Enterprises Inc. announced it established U.S. Xpress Ventures, a business unit focused on developing and implementing new asset-based business models and technology strategies within the company.

It named Cameron Ramsdell president of the new unit.



Most recently, Ramsdell was chief technology officer at Coyote Logistics, a unit of UPS Inc.

U.S. Xpress Ventures “will maximize the many opportunities that we see ahead as the speed of technology development and adoption in our industry accelerates,” Eric Fuller, CEO of U.S. Xpress, said in a company release. The truckload carrier is based in Chattanooga, Tenn.
