Cadec Corp. Bought by Employees

Cadec Corp., formerly part of the Cummins Engine Co., announced it has become an employee-owned company.

Originally known as Cadec Systems, based in Londonderry, N.H., the company was founded in 1976 to develop on-board computers for the transportation industry. It was acquired by Cummins in 1985.

ecently, Cadec’s management accepted an offer to purchase the company from Cummins.
