Bridgestone Taps Damien Harmon to Lead GCR Tires & Service
Bridgestone Americas Inc. appointed Damien Harmon president of subsidiary GCR Tires & Service, effective Nov. 1. Harmon is chief operating officer of Bridgestone Retail Operations.
GCR is one of the largest commercial tire and service networks in North America with about 200 store locations and 1,500 service vehicles, according to Nashville, Tenn.-based Bridgestone.

Harmon succeeds John Vasuta, who was appointed senior vice president of global sales for Firestone Building Products.
Bridgestone Americas is the U.S. subsidiary of Bridgestone Corp., the world’s largest tire and rubber company.
