BNSF Logistics said Tuesday it acquired third-party logistics firm Pro-Am Transportation Services, based in Jamestown, N.D. Terms were not disclosed.
Pro-Am had about $25 million in revenue last year, BNSF said in a statement. It will operate in the transportation unit of BNSF Logistics.BNSF Logistics is a subsidiary of Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corp., parent of freight railroad BNSF Railway.
