BNSF Logistics Acquires EP-Team Inc.

BNSF Logistics said it has acquired logistics and project cargo provider EP-Team Inc. Terms were not disclosed.

EP-Team, Flower Mound, Texas, specializes in moving time-sensitive, high-value and often oversize cargo.

“EP-Team occupies a very specialized and exciting space in the project cargo market and it perfectly fills one of the few gaps in the BNSF Logistics portfolio,”  BNSF Logistics President Ray Greer said in a statement.
