Beemac Trucking Wins Contract in Permian Basin
Eagle Pipe announced it has selected flatbed carrier Beemac Trucking and Logistics to handle all transportation and tubular management services for its new full-service Permian Basin stocking and trucking yard in Midland, Texas.
Eagle’s 11-acre stocking yard with storage, a dedicated fleet for trucking services, fully automated inventory management system, forklifts and inspection and repair capabilities will reduce overall costs to Eagle Pipe’s customers, according to the Houston-based company.
“The entrepreneurial spirit of the Eagle Pipe team, in addition to their focus on continuous supply chain improvement, aligns with the vision and core values of Beemac Trucking and Logistics,” Beemac President Loren Dworakowski said in a statement.
Ambridge, Pa.-based Beemac operates 400 trucks. It ranks No. 26 on the Transport Topics list of Top Flatbed/Heavy Specialized Carriers.
